I am Kristin Shelly. I have been a working hypnotist since 2012, I run a private practice in Asheville, North Carolina, and I train the people who want to do this work themselves.

A certified hypnotist works with clients on the things that do not respond to willpower — smoking, anxiety, weight, phobias, confidence, sleep. You do not need a degree or a medical background. What you need is proper training, supervised practice with real people, and a credential that clients and insurers recognize.

That is what I teach: a live online course, ten Saturdays, small groups, that takes you from no experience to seeing your own clients — with certification through the National Guild of Hypnotists, the International Hypnosis Association, or both.
